A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders at the time of ordering however, if you are expecting your items to be supplied within 30 days, the full cost will be due.
This ensures we can buy supplies for your stationery at current prices, as this is what we base our costs on.
The deposit secures the price of items confirmed at the time of ordering.
Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect confirmed orders
that have been secured with deposits.
All stationery is handmade so some slight variation may occur between each item & any samples, this is not deemed as faulty.
Should you have a specific theme/ idea for your wedding in mind & are looking for stationery to reflect this, we can work
with you to design a collection to perfectly compliment your ideas.
We would charge an initial design fee of £50 which will enable us to develop a selection of up to 3 designs,
based on your ideas & requirements.
These designs can be adapted to make sure you get exactly what you want.
20% of this fee will be deducted from your final bill should you go on to place an order of at least £100.00, however
as this cost is to cover time spent designing, the samples & 100% design fee remain with Cabin Cards should you decide to not place an order with us.
Prices vary upon designs however, you will not be expected to pay any more than what we charge for our other stationery.
We take great care in producing your samples & printing your text but you are responsible for proof reading to ensure it is all correct so please make sure it is exactly as you want before you approve it.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any material e.g. hymns, poems etc. that you ask us to
include in your wedding stationery.
We can receive payment by cheque, cash or bank transfer.
Products remain the property of Cabin Cards until all monies are paid in full.
Refunds/replacements will be made for faulty goods alone.
In the unhappy event of an order being cancelled, all work completed that exceeds the deposit must be paid.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS
Once materials have been purchased for your order - 50% deposit will be retained.
3 months prior to production date - 75% of total balance.
30 days or less prior to production date – Full balance will be required
ONCE THE FINAL PRODUCT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED FROM OUR PREMISES, CABIN CARDS CAN TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGES OR DELAYS CAUSED
BY THE DELIVERY COMPANY. THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR DELIVERY DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWEVER IT IS AVAILABLE AT EXTRA COST.
